Notice - Important changes to our portal
Dear Portal User,
Welcome to the Guernsey Registry Online Portal. As part of an ongoing IT upgrade to improve the Registry’s services we have transferred some of the registers that were previously held on this portal to a new one. As a result some features of this site are no longer available.
You can still use this portal to access Intellectual Property services. If you want to search, make filings and update the company, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, foundation and Guernsey Finance funding registers please go to the new and improved online services portal

The next phase of this project will move the Intellectual Property Services to the new portal during 2025, at which point this portal will no longer be available.
